How It Works

1. Place your order
   Choose the memorial keepsake that feels right and complete your order online. If you’re not sure of a ring size, you can select         “Unknown”—we’ll help with that. You’ll receive an email confirmation with what to expect next.

2. We send your free collection kit
     We mail you a complimentary kit with:

• a secure ash container

• a small spoon

• a simple form with a few gentle questions about your loved one and your order

• a ring sizer if you chose “Unknown” for your ring size

• a prepaid return shipping label to place on the original packaging

   Clear, step‑by‑step instructions are included so you always know what to do. The prepaid label also allows tracking of your                    package at all times.

3. You return the kit to us
    Using the instructions, you place a small amount of ashes into the container, fill out the form, pack everything in the original box,         place the prepaid label on it, and drop it off. You can follow the package with tracking from the moment it’s scanned.

4. We create your memorial with care
   Once your kit arrives, we carefully label and handle your loved one’s ashes one order at a time in a private workspace. Your                    keepsake is handcrafted, gently inspected for quality, and prepared for shipping.

5. We ship your finished keepsake
    Your memorial piece is securely packaged and shipped to you. You’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey            home.
