Care of Ashes & Materials

The cremated remains or materials you send are treated as sacred. Only the small, agreed‑upon amount is used in your “family” gemstone, combined with crushed semi‑precious gemstones and high‑quality resin. Any remaining ashes or materials, are respectfully returned to you.

Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee

Each Cherished Keepsakes piece is handcrafted and inspected with care. If your keepsake arrives damaged, or if there is a clear issue with workmanship, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right. We will work with you to repair or replace the item in line with our policies
